Though we generally ship within a day or two of your order,  ORDERS MAY TAKE 2-4 WEEKS TO SHIP. Each item is hand made and during the busy season, expect 2-4 weeks for shipping, especially on the popular items. We only ship long handle tools in the United States. 

For our herbal products or short handle tools, please contact us for international shipping quotes. We can calculate and pre-pay all fees (VAT, handling, fuel surcharges, and customs fees etc.) for you in advance so that there are no surprises after customs receives the item.

All tools shipped in the U.S. via USPS ground. International orders are generally FedEx.

We require payment in full prior to shipment/ delivery/ pick-up of all orders.
We accept all major credit cards through our website as well as checks, money orders, Venmo, PayPal, or cash.

On large custom orders and wholesale orders, we request a 50% deposit and the final 50% plus  shipping upon completion of order, prior to shipment.

We stand by our products 100% and they are the best tools you can buy! BUT if for some reason (aside from misuse or neglect) they are damaged during use, we'll repair or replace it. Just email us with pictures to work out the details:
