The curve of the hand-forged batwing hoe allows you to strategically move the blade to get just the spot you need without having to displace a large amount of soil, like you do with the straight box edge of the standard American Hoe. The batwing shape allows dirt to fall over the top of the hoe blade without building up behind the head.

Made of American cutlery grade Carbon 1075 steel and sustainably harvested American Hardwood handles. With proper care, these tools will last a lifetime.

Previously, "free shipping" cost $25-$30 per order, but it has now risen to $45-$70 online, but is $27-$30 (or more) at the post office.
