SHIPPING TERMS:

ORDERS MAY TAKE 2-4 WEEKS TO SHIP. Each item is hand made and during the busy season, expect 2-4 weeks for shipping, especially on the popular items. We only ship to the United States. If you live in Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote. As a standard, we ship by USPS Priority, which includes a tracking # and insurance. Orders weighing over 4 lbs are shipped by UPS. 

If you'd like to ship by using a different carrier, please contact us at the time of purchase and we'll retrieve an estimated shipping cost.

Our payment terms

We require payment in full prior to shipment/ delivery/ pick-up of all orders.
We accept all major credit cards through our website as well as checks, money orders, and cash.

On large custom orders and wholesale orders, we accept a 50% deposit upon placement of an order,
and the final 50% + shipping upon completion of order, prior to shipment.
